Before the incident
He was walking back from picking up a delivery. He had bags in both hands and was going through the first set of doors.
What happened
He went through the first set of doors with the bags and accidently dropped one of the bags. He bent over to pick up the bag and lost his balance and fell down the stair way to the the basement which was right by the second door. He ended up falling 5 to 6 steps down.

He damaged his left shoulder and tearing the muscles and tendons in his shoulder. His left side was all swelled up and he also broke 2 ribs.
