Kiln associates were cleaning out the 3 burner blend chamber Two associates were taking a loaded wheelbarrow out through the entry door to the chamber and while one associate was backing out the weight of the load pushed him backwards causing him to trip over the kiln floor baffle Associate fell backwards his left ankle was pinned between the wheelbarrow and the deflector wall This caused a scrape to the skin just above the ankle and some soreness but he stated he was okayAssociate
