Walked up to forklift driver to talk to him and crossed the 3 foot no go red line.
What happened
Forklift drive did not signal employee to stay three feet away did not shut down forklift or put engage parking brake. Only put foot on brake and when done talking let foot off of brake and bumped her foot.
