Driver is a LSC employee and one of our truck drivers.;[REDACTED] at [REDACTED] he called to let me know that he had a slip and fall.;Driver had delivered his load to the [REDACTED] and left driving down [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] for [REDACTED] . He stopped his truck at the top of the ramp and got out of his truck to take care of natures call and in the process of walking around his truck he slipped and fell on his backside. ;Driver said that he was sore but would let me know when he returns from his run in 6 hours how he fell after driving for 350 miles.
