What happened
At [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] a forklift operator was traveling forward in an Easterly direction in a cross aisle while carrying two pallets of beer. He struck an employee who was walking diagonally into the cross aisle from the A-aisle and into the path of the forklift. The employee was struck on the left side of his body and he lost his balance and fell forward landing on his right side.
