What happened

The employee stated that upon entering the shift they felt rushed due to no reels being made and the line was running to fast and to hot. After adjustments were made for the line employee was told to scrap the reel. Upon this employee stated they were rushing around for this change over of reel. While getting rope needed for new tie off employee bent over cut the rope needed. Upon standing back up employee hit their head in the back by a cross beam along the wall. While returning with the rope Witness said the employee was holding their head and stated they just hit their head upon the beam when standing back up. [REDACTED] employee was observed by witness sitting next to line shaking with tears in eyes. Witness then sent the employee to office after evaluating him stating the employee told the witness that spots were observed and about bumping their head on [REDACTED]. While in the office employee was observed by the shift leader as being confused and dizzy upon which laid down result
