What happened
[REDACTED] (first time at the site) was cleaning out pits at a customer site where they routinely utilize pry bars to get into the pits. The customer sent him to the wrong pit and he tried to use a crow bar to pry open a hatch to a pit that they normally open with a forklift. So with brut force he opened it slightly and heard a crack and pop in his right forearm.
