What happened
Employee states he went to the receiver to drop down pallets. Heused an empty pallet to make his own pallet. As he put his producton the pallet he pulled it to the floor when a customer was comingby him. He tried to stop the pallet with his hand and positionedhimself with his feet almost like in a lunge position to stop it. Hetweaked his left foot and his twisted to the side.
