What happened
Employee was off-loading freight at customer location in [REDACTED]. pulling a loaded pallet jack when he felt a pull in his right calf. Continued to work but pain became worse over time went to dr. on his own & was told he has possible arthritis. Feeling this diagnosis was incorrect he went to a different dr. at ER but nothing could be done per the ER since it 's not life-threating. He returned to the first dr. and has a scheduled MRI for his knee but he still doesn 't feel that it could be a knee issue. Had a motorcycle accident [REDACTED] and feels that injury was aggravated
