What happened
Employee was working overhead on a scissor lift with a bandsaw and cut his finger. The employee came down from the lift applied 2 bandages and while standing by his cart looks like he got dizzy and fell to the floor. He was helped to his feet and said he slipped. The employee working with him told him to go change his smock because it was dirty and he started to walk to the laundry room and started to wobble again and fell a second time. This time he hit his head lacerating the back of his head.
