As person was exiting the building after his shift he walked off the sidewalk just outside the exit door and into the rock landscaping. Upon doing this the person tripped and fell and injured his wrist.

Fractured left wrist. This was determined after a follow up visit to the doctor and additional xrays were taken. 301 was delayed due to update of person 's condition.
