Before the incident
Worker went to help another co-worker prepare ingrediants for the mixer. The tow began to unbox and parae blocks of ingredients by removing the bags from them. The two workers wore working extremely close together.
What happened
The second worker was cutting the bag from his block of ingredients. The injured worker encountered the blade from the second worker as the blade immediately exited the block of ingredients being opened.
