Rigging a structural steel member for erection.

Employee was rigging material to be hoisted for erection with his partner. Upon hoisting the rigger saw that a hook from the engineered rigging had become caught on another beam 's flange. The order was given to cable down as this happened the beam slowly rolled over impacting the back of the employee 's legs.
