What happened
Employee was using the putty knife to take the banding off the board to put on new banding. The putty knife slipped while she was removing the banding. It caught her hand that she was holding the board down with. Initially [REDACTED] did not want to seek medical attention but became concerned about tetanus after speaking with her mother an appointment with Occupational Health was made for [REDACTED]. However after going home the wound would not stop bleeding so she went to urgent care where she received stitches.
