EE: I was grinding down some tooling close to the sanding disc when my hand slipped towards the edge of the disc and my index finger made contact with the disc and split open tip of finger and a bit of my nail. HR: Employee was using a sanding disc to shave some tooling off his finger ended up getting to close to the edge of the unit and cut open his finger tip.
