Trying to remove a piece of webbing that was tacked to the chords.

Webbing needed to be removed due to a splice on the next chord and we needed to put a splice plug there due to holes in the top chord. As the employee was trying to pop pry the webbing loose the bottom chord tack broke which caused the webbing to flip up striking a nearby employee 's hard hat bill. The force of the hit caused the hard hat to shift. The hard hat bill struck the employee above his left eye brow causing a blunt laceration.
