Placing garbage in dumpster.
What happened
Employee placed garbage in dumpster and closed the gate to the dumpster. The employee then placed hand on gate for support to reach down and pick up a piece of garbage that had fallen on the ground. The gate then opened towards the interior of the dumpster resulting in the employee falling to the ground which resulted in pain and bruising to employee 's forehead left knee and left shoulder.
