Putting panel back on breaker box.

Employee placed panel back on breaker box. Co-workers announced that they were turning power back on from the boiler room. Employee announced all clear and placed his hands on head which stepping back away from the breaker box. When employee stepped back his hand hit an a c hanging bracket resulting in a laceration to the top of his thumb on his right hand.
