[REDACTED] WAS USING A PRY BAR ON A PIECE OF PLATE STEEL TRYING TO LINE IT UP ON A WIDE FLANGE BEAM FOR WELDING. THE PRY BAR SLIPPED OFF THE PLATE STEEL THE PLATE STEEL FELL BACK AND PITCH HIS LEFT THUMB BETWEEN IT AND THE FLANGE ON THE BEAM. HE SAID IT IS OK STILL MOVES AND IS NOT BROKEN. IT IS BRUISED.
