What happened
While the employee was pulling the masonite sheets they slipped out of his hand and fell to the ground hitting his feet causing him to trip fall forward. He tried to break his fall by grabbing onto the stack of masonite which was about waist high. His left arm stayed on the top of the stack while the rest of his body fell.
