Employee decided to pick up some materials himself and in doing so he started to feel tingling in his left hand. The doctor gave him some OTC medicine released him for full duty and told him to continuously monitor.

Tingling in the left hand. Employee initially sent back to work at full duty but after continuous discomfort doctors recommended an outpatient procedure. Time away from work was solely for recovery time following the procedure.
