Operator was picking up an ADB brake with the overhead hoist.

Box the brake was in that operator was retrieving out of was too far under the computer monitor and out of the perimeter of the hoist structure at line sequence. When picking last brake out of tote the hoist jerked due to be used too far outside of it 's structure pulling the brake and hoist hook forward mashing right ring finger against monitor.
