What happened
While assisting with the replacement of the fence guard team member #1 was using a hammer to align bolt holes on the fencing. At the moment TM #1 was prying up on the fencing TM#2 was leaning over and pull on the top of the fencing. The fencing shifted upward and hit TM #2 in the lip causing him to bite down on his lip and chipped his two front teeth.
