What happened
Crew member noticed a large piece of timber coming down the conveyor sideways that jammed at the cross over conveyor. Crew member climbed up 89.5 in the air on a moveable ladder. He straddled his legs over a drive motor with his left foot in front of the motor and his right in the back. Using a pickeroon Crew member tried to remove the log and lost his footing causing his foot to go into the drive sprocket.
