Before the incident
Team member drove dock stocker to breakdown area and placed forks down on the ground.
What happened
When the team member got back onto the dock stocker to drive away one of their forks detached from the mast and stayed on the ground. After trying to get the fork back on by themselves with no luck they called over another team member to help. One team member was holding the back end while the other was holding the front. While the team member was holding the end next to the mast trying to wiggle the fork back on they lost grip and their hand got pinched between the fork and the mast.
