Operating a crane to move a mold and place next to another mold.
What happened
A second crane that was in operation adjacent to the injured employee 's crane bumped into the first causing the mold he was moving to hit a stationary mold. The injured employee appeared confused as to the reason the mold was moving and he attempted to stabalize it. The injured employee 's fingers were pinched between the two molds
