What happened
A Warehouse Forklift Operator inadvertently pushed a bunk of skins off the [REDACTED] while attempting to retrieve a pallet that was transported with and on top of the skins. Consequently another forklift operator who walked in front of the [REDACTED] to pick up loose banding from the previous flip was struck in the right leg when the bunk rolled off. Employee was taken to the emergency room by ambulance and was released with a knee brace.
