Before the incident
As one of the organizers of an employee social event on campus EE was helping his colleagues pack up and load tents and other materials in a truck.
What happened
When EE tried to hoist himself up on the truck bed to reshuffle some material to make room for more he twisted his left knee and it popped. His knee did not swell up immediately but it felt unstable. Moderate pain swelling noted and limited ROM.
