Before the incident
Tote was filled with housings and she needed to remove the housing so she could re-use the tote that had a bar code on it for the machine to scan.
What happened
When she lifted the tote to pour the housings into a larger tote she grabbed the handles from underneath with her thumbs in the lipped handle and her fingers to the top of the tote. When she flipped the tote her right thumb got caught and the weight of the tote hyper-extended her thumb
