Moving products off the finish table.
What happened
Injured employee was on the south end of the Finish Table. Another employee was on the north end. A non-conforming walk board moved into the work area on the conveyor. They positioned themselves to move the walk board to the scrap stack on the other side of the conveyor. As they moved the walk board and was moving it Injured employee bumped into the parts table behind her at the same time she was turning. The edge of the walk board hit her in the left cheek and neck.
