Before the incident
Employee went into room to check on patient as chair alarm (for patient fall risk) went off. Employee gave patient her walker and started walking with patient to the bathroom.

Patient became agitated and started ramming employee with her walker as well as hitting and scratching employee.

Initially employee noted scratches to her left forearm and wrist later developed pain and swelling in her left wrist. Diagnosis: Flexor carpi ulnaris tenosynovitis.
