Operating Insulated [REDACTED] she had placed the pan with insulation into the machine and lid fixture to the pan. She activated the lever that closed the top plate down.
What happened
She then realized the pan needed to be recentered and placed her hand into the machine area to adjust but also accidentally activated the top plate lever to lower again- smashing her left pointer index finger into the fixture and plate.
