while attempting to set brake on stretcher with pt on it. i had to step on the end brake as the side brake is not equiped on this stretcher. this is difficult to reach and when i stepped on it i had to put all of my weight on it. as i did this i felt a pain in my rt plantar foot at the arch and across all metatarsals. it felt like they rolled across each other and there was a crunching noise. i immediately felt pain and could not bear weight
