Replacing a parking brake chamber on a truck.

Attempting to cage the spring in a parking brake he was unable to get the caging bolt seated. He used air pressure to compress the spring and facilitate using the caging bolt. Air pressure was lost and the employee was struck in the right index finger by the slack adjuster.
