Employee went to plug in a cord behind the electric floor cleaner. She squatted down to do this. When she got back up she lost her balance and grabbed the electric floor cleaner handle. The floor cleaner handle was not locked and it swung around and caused her to fall. She attempted to catch herself with her right hand.
