What happened
hile IW was squeegeeing the oil off the floor at body-maker # 11 IW went to step off the black grating and his feet went out from under him. IW explained at that time that he fell and his head snapped back hitting something behind him. He then got back up and realized he had blood running down the backside of his head and neck. IW was taken to ER and 6 staples were applied to back of his head and he was released with no restrictions.
