Before the incident

I was laying on a creeper under the front of the tractor cab greasing it.

What happened

I couldn 't get under the cross beam between the steer tires so I rolled towards the back of the tractor towards the transmission. I was getting out from under the tractor. I had left the driver door open. As I was getting up off the creeper I hit the back of my head on the bottom of the driver door.
