Before the incident
EE was loading a outside carrier with transfer material. The operator loaded a full pallet of slabs onto the truck and the slabs ended up slightly fanned out and not as straight as they could be.
What happened
He decided to climb up on the trailer and fix this by pushing the doors back into position. During this process he fell off the trailer and on to the asphalt. Very soon after employees and the truck driver heard moans and came to check on EE. From the investigation it seems his injuries are to his side and hip.
