Clearing a jam in the roll stock machine.

On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] an employee working on the Omega One Frozen Treat Production Line encountered a jam with the roll fed stock on his filling machine. In an attempt to clear the jam the employee reached his right hand under the entry end of the roll fed stock machine to remove the jammed film. The employee believed that the machine had finished its operating cycle. However while the employee’s hand was inside the machine the machine completed its cycle to advance the film by conducting a rotation of the undercarriage which resulted in the undercarriage frame raising and pinching the employee’s right hand.
