[REDACTED] was in training to become a Cata paint machine operator. He was not told to go up to this part of the machine and he should not have entered while the machine was in motion. For an unknown reason he decided to clean the rail placing his hand in the trajectory of the transporter (which rolls along the steel rail.) His 2 fingers were pinched crushed by the rolling transporter wheel.
