This Evening [REDACTED] came into the office at SOS and said his knee is bothering him when he wakes up but after awhile it gets better throughout the day He then stated on [REDACTED] he slipped on ice in the freezer picking in the ice cream room He stated that he told all of the night shift leaders when it happened but after talking with all of them [REDACTED] nobody including myself knows nothing about this injury [REDACTED] worked all night [REDACTED] and after monitoring his selection I saw nothing that would cause me to believe he injured his knee
