[REDACTED] was picking in the freezer in [REDACTED] he was to pick from a roll back slot but the back pallet would not roll forward so he tried to pull the pallet forward but it would not budge he then carried 3 cases from the back pallet to his pallet jack he started to feel pain in his lower back and as he grabbed a heavier case from the next pick slot he noticed the pain getting worse He then came into the office and reported the injury to me
