[REDACTED] was working on a light outside of Trans office Power was having to be turned off and on while troubleshooting why the light wasnt working [REDACTED] thought the power was off and checked with a pocket voltage tester which showed no power while he was touching the wires the photocell for the lights must have come on and he received an electrical shock He was not able to release his grip on the wire so he fell backwards to pull away from the wire
