I was going to pick up a case of cans I hidged at the hips and I felt kind of like a crack in the center of my backThe route was mostly schools so most of the cases were light which made it easier for me to continue I felt it more when the cases were heavy especially when I delivered the last 2 stops which got heavier cases I finished the route but I felt the need to report the injury as my back stiffened up and felt more uncomfortable I got back and told [REDACTED] I called [REDACTED]
