What happened

While transferring two 52lbs old batteries Diehard [REDACTED] Battery from the facility to the Auto part shop for replacements After reaching the Auto part shop the employee moved the battering one in each hand got to the swing door at the shop put the battering in his right hand down opened the swing door and choked the door with his foot while he still had another 52lbs battery in his left hand After propping the door open with his foot with the 52lbs battery still in his left hand he bent down to grab the second battery with his right hand and felt a sharp pain at his upper back After exchanging the old battery for the new ones the employee repeated the same protocol to return the batteries back to his pickup truck Upon return at the facility the batteries were transferred from his truck unto the loading dock He then told one of his colleagues about the sharp pain and thought the pain will lessen as the day went by Employee performed normal duties and did some stretches throughout t
