Associate was removing blow off and empty tubes from quad c on [REDACTED]

S Associate was removing small packages of yarn and empty tubes from creel and moved to position 33 on the right side of Twister 43 and pushed the creel button to let the creel down It came down extremely quick and hard and hit the associate in the chest causing her to fall down onto the floor O Had mechanic to check the position for any issues but he found none The associate was in front of the position and was not able to move quick enough before the creel came down A Associate stated she was fine so there was no care given P Coached associate on following the procedures we have in place concerning the creel
