Patient is confused and restless this nurse tries to assist other staff members in keeping patient safe and in the bed. assisted other staff members to take patient down to CT scan where we had to pull patient over onto CT scanner. also attempted to help staff turn and clean patient from incontinence and continued to try to keep patient in bed so that he would not fall and injure himself.

Patient continually grabbing and pulling at my right wrist trying to pull himself up so that he could try to get out of bed. started to push the 2N Hercules bed back to 2N. At this point my wrist neck and shoulder are all sore and hurting. While pushing bed I experienced a sharp pain in my wrist that traveled up my arm into my neck shoulder and back.
