S EE was rolling the last belt onto the pulley and a piece of plastic got into the blades and stopped motion so EE rolled the belts backwards and went forwards a little harder and EE hand hit the guard O The chopper could have been cleaned out a little better maybe Visually look inside the chopper A With the assistance the B shift crew we cleaned the cut called the necessary people and I took EE to American Family care Made sure that there were no evident sharp edges for future issues P EEs should probably were gloves when doing this job and make sure all hard polymer is out of chopper
