While doffing line 25 associates glove got caught on the end of the winder This caused the glove to twist The associate has a small cut on her right index finger from the finger of the glove twisting The small cut on the index finger was caused by the glove twisting on the finger The glove the associate was wearing was one size up from the size she needed We checked the end of the winder looking for anything that the glove may have got caught on We did not find anything that could cause further incidents Coach associates with wearing the right size glove when performing task
