Manipulating frames by hand

There was a problem with a load of frames moving between the dry off oven and the blast booth and the load was stuck. [REDACTED] stood on the front side of the frames and was pulling from the sharp edge of the header and as the load rocked back and forth the two frames on top of the one he was pulling from shifted and fell getting his finger caught in a pinch point and led to a severe laceration to the little finger on his left hand.
